Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Lovely thanks. Did 1 mile warm up, then ran with Beginners on their 5 mile 'end of course' run. So nice to see everyone cheering and smiling at the end when they got their medals. Doesn't seem like a year since it was me being cheered over the line.

Slow, slow slow. But the same average pace as yesterday with a slower AHR :)

Nice, sunny, a bit of XC and then a LUNATIC driver pipped at us and behaved as if we had NO right being there running. Apart from that it was lovely :-)

10.9 miles. Hot, hot, hot! Legs felt heavy over last three miles. The quiet country lanes I was running down weren't quite so quiet. Too many cars, but all very polite and gave me lots of room except a white van and a BMW.
Can't help but notice I'm the first one to post my run here today, so either noone ese is running or they're still out there, suffering in the Sahara like temperatures, wishing, hoping for some respite, a little shade, some more water.
Sorry. Got carried away a bit there. ;-)
