4M run round city centre after work. Legs still feel like they're suffering from Sundays HM, so just took it easy and enjoyed watching everyone go about their business. Was very warm and muggy, breathing was a bit laboured. Really enjoyed it all the same.

Enjoyable. I beat all the peopel who turned up from my club which was nice. BUT I DIDN'T GET WHAT I WANTED!!!
I also think I missed a pB by FOUR seconds!
I'm tired. Need to rest and stop chasing PBs for a few weeks...

4 miles on the treddie this morning. Good to be back after 2 weeks off with a calf strain.
Off to Bangalore for the weekend so no running till Monday, see you all then

5 rather warm miles. Slower than I'd have liked but enjoyable nonetheless. Don't like to speak too soon but think I may have cracked the blister issue - sore to the touch (and could feel it on run) but no new blister formed so am hoping that one of the many assorted things I've tried in the last week or so has worked! Will see how it is after a long run in the week and then make final decision on next weekend's half.
