People are always usually friendly to me. These were mostly younger people I passed last night, and female. I'm guessing from nearby student accommodation.
Ah, young people today.... Lol.
Plus, they were all running down the hill that I was running up. Maybe they thought they didn't deserve to make eye contact with me? lol

Oh today's lunch time run was a rather lovely 5.2 miles, much as I tried to stop myself dipping under 7-30 miling I failed A real float day, hopefully it'll carry over in to tonight's session.

'Twas slightly ploddy-legged but I let my legs plod and they were fine
Far less horn-beeping today, which I assume means that my legs are more aesthetically pleasing when they're covered up with black lycra that when I wear shorts. Which is fair enough. Even my shadow has wobbly cellulite

Well. Hate intervals, but also slightly love intervals - weird huh? I'm a bit faster than last week, mainly 8:30 ish pace intervals, last week mainly 8:50 ish. And 5 x 800m this time vs 4 x 600m last time so not all bad!! Knees a bit 'warm' now though........
