DNR - don't feel as bad as I did yesterday but sinuses still really painful and congested. At least the blisters are getting some healing time!

Ran last night. It felt like summer.
So, the environment was lovely, but it's not going well at the moment. Felt like I couldn't get my breathing sorted at all. 3 not so good runs on the trot. Phooey.

TMW I find running home from work loaded up slows me by about 15 seconds a mile, never tried it with shopping though.
I have Friday pencilled in as a rest day.

Also, with the exception of one bloke, every other runner looked away instead of nod/smile/hello.
Grr. Miseries.

Yeah, it's really unusual for me.
Maybe I had something on my face. Or maybe it was out of respect for the fact that I was hufflepuffling and looked like death.

I try to at least smile at fellow runners but some just don't want to know. When I used to run up in the City/West End you could guarantee that most people would blank you. Miserable gits.
