Right, that's it. Last easy 5 mile run done, next run will be Rome marathon on Sunday. Kit all sorted and ready to go. Tartan vest, tartan shorts & wee lion rampant flag pinned on my chest. Spot the Jock !!!

Surprisingly good as I had felt cr*p all day and kept falling asleep (even when driving which was somewhat alarming). Lay down on bed and nearly went to sleep, then jumped up, got kit on, went out and did intervals!!!! Now feeling much better.
