Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I've got to wait until after 4:00pm for my run today. I've got to work for 8 hours in the gym first.

Today's run is 13 miles - almost getting to a distance that I would call a long run :-)

I have mine in the lunchtime sun and will only be 3-4 miles although if I don't feel like it I can have a rest day.

I'll be running then :¬)

On-thread question ... what decides whose blogs are shown in the Top Bloggers list? Doesn't look like the number of entries does it, nor the most recent entries.

I want to go running!!!

No run Friday (pilates lunchtime); no run yesterday (wife in town shopping, so looking after my son); no run today (today she is sorting out the bedroom and bathroom upstairs, so I need to keep an eye on the kids).

Let me out of here!!!

Take the kids with you - can they walk yet?

Do some intervals in the local park and let them run riot bullying other kids and the like. ;-)
