Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

TY for the advice Jude but as I'm currently crocked and have never run a 6mm in my life that's highly unlikely. (I will probably chat away like a big git tho....) I'm thinking a 2 mile round the block loop at my recovery run pace (11mm tops LOL) with many bail-out, throw up points en route.

Before anyone suggests this may be a tad ambitious, I suggested a couple of weeks run/walk and got snorted at. It is therefore necessary to run. I say again:

Muahahahahah

Had an unscheduled pit stop in the bushes & any hope I had of being stealthy vanished when my heart rate monitor started beeping.

Other than that, the first mid-week long run went quite well

OK, OK Hoax, you have thought it through.....
I await news of said newbees experience with bated breath.

Ran tonight as I was a lazy get this morning. 4 miles, recovery run. everything felt in the wrong place (knees on end of arms etc) for the first 1.5 miles but all disentangled in the end. Got a fast one scheduled in the morning, gulp

Just over 8miles @ just under 6.5min mile pace and with ave h/r of just under 70%maxWHR. Takes mileage to 228 for the month. Absolutely no comparison to Jan-06. Over the moon with progress :-)
