Morning pudds, hows your good self today ? I see it was cereal for brek again ![]() Didnt have time to master the photo last night.......will have time tonight to give it a go........i feel like I am missing out !!! |

LOL Beejay. No run today yet (doing a slow 7-10m tonight), but went to the gym and did an hour of core strength, flexibility and weights. I don't do enough of this stuff, which is a shamme because I love it ![]() Gobi - why pants? |

Good thanks ![]() Cereal again, yes. I make up for it with weekend breakfast though. I always cook somthing nice, so it's not all bad and boring ![]() |

Morning all - intervals, horrible, real eye popping stuff, walked recoveries, HR didn't go as high as I'd thought, last 3 reps into strong headwind, possibly the most dispiriting mile I've ever run. Was trying to sprint the last reps and felt like I was going backwards. still, it's done - roll on the day.
