Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Sounds nice guys!
Sub zero for me as well. Nice wintery landscape.
The slow runs gets a little to cold :)
Guess I have to run faster when it’s cold :)

Slippery slidey over frozen snow. Tried to stick mainly to trails but had a few nasty places on pavements. Cold but not unbearable once we got going.

Delayed my w/e run until this morning. Sub zero but a lot calmer this morning, odd icy patch but stuck it out for an hour - 7.25 miles.

Some great running being recorded here in challenging conditions.

Another race today following yesterday’s windy 10k. Half today in what I thought would be a cold dry morning ( at least last nights forecast) To kill time before the start and to keep warm after the shuttle bus ride had an extended warm up of half an hour. After 5 miles into the race my gloved fingers were just about warm and then the snow arrived. Worked hard in the final 5k and pleased with results.

Well done ultradunc

Sounds and looks like people have had some lovely snowy runs
Today was a seven mile run to work in the dark. Snow in places and started getting foggy as well.
Enjoyed run and looking forward to run home in the morning

Well done all. Good running.

5K for me this morning squeezed in between two meetings. It was good (the run, not either of the meetings :) )

Nice way to improve two meetings Elduderino

Mine was seven miles home from work this morning. Still a bit of snow around but a few icy patches so a slow pace

You all seem to battle the conditions :)
I as well, today I really mentally prepared for a rough run in cold weather :)
But it was a lovely run in the icy streets in the light from the head torch. Despite -8,5°C. :)

Not as far as I wanted because of time constraints. Had planned 10 miles with 15 mins temp. Only had time for a short one so did just over a mile warm up then 15 minutes at half marathon effort covering 2.2 miles. 0.6 warm down jog home. Left leg felt good in the tempo run with the pace quicker each mile. Very happy with the run
