Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

if i was running with someone, i could have held a conversation

i'm thinking i should run faster in races, then it would be slow enough.

it's about a minute slower than my normal running pace, so it's a start

well done Blott's mate sounds like you're back in there!

I am so jealous of all of you think I will go for a run tomorrow, cough or no cough, 10 days now with no running, my joints will seize up. maybe do it on the treadmill then will be safe if i feel too ill.

For now though, small bottle of wine, chocolate and love actually, mmm Colin Firth, worth staying off the treadmill for.

20 mins hill sesh on the treadmill. Hard work, but good to get the legs turning over. I thought they would never work again after GRIM

Not bad Wingy but just a tad slower would be better.

Gobi, i normally run b4 the kids get up and in the morning, so if it doesn't happen at 4.30, it's when their dad can look after them on weekends for a long run!!!
