Almost got blown over going up the Great Orme in Llandudno - ground to virtual stop at the steepest part of climb with strong headwind. Enjoyed it thoug, I think!

I had the same problems in anglesey, JB!

did you have powercuts as well? (i mean at home - i hope you dont require electricity to run outdoors!)

the morning one was v windy, 1st 3 miles were against wind and uphill, rest was ok tho once i got past the pentlands
2nd run much more civilised

First run with Garden City Runners. Nice bunch of people. Though I'm not sure what distance and time we did.

nice gossipy ru with a friend, planning our next years training and (hopefully) marathons, arranging xmas parties etc....prob slacking off on the running part tho :-)

4 miles round the block. Right leg sore in the shin and calf areas left leg a bit stiff but OK. why can't I run without pain for once lol

Roughly 7.65 miles easy. Nice enjoyable run in pouring rain, high winds and full moon... I love my new Gore running jacket! :-)
