Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Blimey, IT! I don't think I've ever run so hard that I had to take to my bed afterwards. Respect medal

Six miles for me. Wasn't planning to run this week, but it hasn't been cycling weather today, my son declined my suggestion of a walk because he was busy, and I was stir crazy. T'lad made a good call. It absolutely lumped down with rain for the last 15 minutes.

13 miles early this morning so I'd be home in time to get the boy to his Footbal Match, only to get home and find it had been cancelled. That's the longest run since 14/4 and the subsequent "illness". Didn't seem too bad all things considered.

Had a shocker. First 15 miles it was sweet. Then the wheels fell off and never recovered. Post-run absolutely wrecked :)

Bad news, FR. Sometimes it just doesn't work, mate. Next time will be better.

First run in aaaaages, but felt really good. Coughing lumps at the start due to the grungy remains of a holiday chest infection, but the pipes cleared and it was smooth running after that. Found my breath, found my stride - sweet x

Rubbish, FR. I had a grim run too and ruined my Saturday but on the plus, didn't feel too bad today. I even made my very gentle 30 min recovery jog and felt the better for it. So it's on and up! Hope you feel better tomorrow.

Have sinusitis (again!) but took my wee dog out for a trail run. Went purposely slow but felt fine and Lola had fun too!
