Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

5.23 miles of the HARDEST cross-country race I have ever done. The hills were mad - high and steep and muddy. The course was waterlogged and we ran three laps of the thing. it was freezing cold and very windy. Loved it! What a high for afters! :-)

Well done Lalli! Mine was good, only shortish but starting to feel able to "push" the pace a bit more now with no ill effects (fingers crossed)

8 miles @ 7:00 pace

Lovely run -- wanted to do a bit more but stuck to the plan! Really wanted to focus on my knee lift up the climbs which really helped maximize the momentum rolling down them!

Good run today and felt nice.

7 miles at 8.40 pace. Thought I'd take it reasonably swiftly and then realised I was going to be late for meeting a friend, so ran even faster and felt fantastic. Totally ready for my ten-miler race next Sunday.
