Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

How was your run today?

25 laps of the outdoor track, not the most scenic but for a speed session/intervals and seeing as i am back in work was a nice break in the day :-)

4.2 miles @ 7:00 pace - I quite enjoyed it out there today - was extremely sticky and muddy underfoot, was plastered with mud when returning home but it's all fun!

My breathing was slightly out of control at times but I ran up the climbs and my form over the country is much better. My knee lift is also getting better - my legs didn't feel tired at all today!

7.42 miles for me - a bit hard going - partly through snow which was lovely but hard work - thought about rounding it up to 8 but calf felt a bit tight so quite while I was ahead!

Commute, twice. To work, off-road through virgin snow. Home again, in a snowstorm. Got home faster than the cars!

Surprisingly, 12 km. Though should have ended in daylight.

(Er that makes it sound like it took three hours. Not quite ;-) )
