Oh what a wonderfull run tonight only just over 5 but did 2 @ 6mm and then threw up. No calf pain what so ever really chuffed. Aiming for a 40min 10k @Stubbington in January.

Well done little Lali, nice to here a young un doing it and doing it well :)

Thanks loads. I'm so proud of her - she's really got into the running and has just started paying netball too. My son's angling after coming out running too and he's 4 and a half. My husband and I both run - but only started over the past couple of years, so we're just glad to be setting a good example to the kids and they want to join in - lovely feeling.

Fantastic, too many kids (including mine) dont do any exercise at all. I think its tragic.
