Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

start 'em off young,lalli!!!

mine was a 13 mile VERY slow run (trying to keep my HR low) and was even a minute SLOWER than last time i ran that distance - which i didn't even think was possible. dont know whether to be pleased with myself for running the whole distance (stopped for 90 seconds to eat a nutrigrain bar) or annoyed because i'm getting slower!!!

13 miles is a great run Riga well done. Don't think I have ever done a training run of that distance

Lalli
Hi all - just wanted to say (as well as well done on your 13 miler Riga t'other night) thanks to you all for your "god lucks". Mini-Lalli (Aimee!) came in first for her school this afternoon and 28th in the district! I was bloomin' chuffed - tapering's obviously not for her!!! My run tonight (which was slow but very nice) was with my neighbour and we nattered all the way around about how I need to train Aimee for a sports scholarship!!
