A warm and relaxed 5 miles on my tod with a series of pleasant podcasts for company. Thought provoking, entertaining and enriching, and so were the podcasts.

Humid 7 miles. Went out around 6:20am and a fw groups of peple already lining the road for the Olympic Torch relay in Grimsby. Bacon buns at the church in Scartho village that smelled great Plenty of people on the way back to dodge and felt just like finishing a marathon when running up the road with crowds both sides. Few jokey comments about running the wrong way and you've lost your torch Was going to do my usual 8.xx miles / 1 hr but could hear the crowds cheering so stopped just after 7 miles to watch the torch before rushing home for an ice cold Coke like the sponsor's van told me to drink

8 miles, not the best. Very muggy and struggled from 3 miles onwards really.

Leg weary and a sweat fest with a really annoying hot headwind ( felt like I was being blowdried ) but 10 miles done and not unpleasant just a bit poor in the leg department after the half on Sun and intervals yesterday not surprisingly.
