Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Fabbydabbydoo. I/2 marathon PB and first time under 2hours. I know this is slow for lots of people, but felt darn good to me.

Absolutely cracking, with the dog who was very well behaved off the lead all the way round. 8 1/2 miles over the Long Mynd, absolutely heaving with people, certainly as bad as Oxford Street in London. After a really crap morning the weather turned out absolutely perfect. Even my pace was respectable. Quite hard going to the top, flatish for a few miles then a couple of short sharp climbs before finishing at Church Stretton :-) :-) :-)

Beautiful half and a half run over Pinhaw Beacon in the sunshine including a couple of miles without a shirt. Contender for best run of the year so far! :-):-)

Went out around 11:30am to do 5 miles after finishing work and ended up doing 8.37 miles just so I could run for an hour. Enjoyable with the blue skies and wind hitting me rom every direction.

Congrats on your PB Bru :-)

Nice running Toks :-)

Ran a lovely 6 miles this morning on surprisingly easy legs after Cartmel 18k challenge yesterday :-)
