Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

First one after a fortnight's lay-off. Easy 3, but nice to be back on the horse.

Meant to be slower than it was, route finding across the Warwickshire countryside near Offchurch, to find bits to add onto my longer runs. Quite wet, and plenty of ploughed, and some sown, fields making the going a bit soft. Got followed by a small flock of sheep, possibly thinkinig I was going to feed them. (Thoughts of 'Black Sheep' film) Cracking run :-)

Possible one of the best 6.74 mile runs, a lap of Arthur's Seat in a few seconds over one hour. It was fan-bliddy-tastic. :)

Well, 7 miles of intervals done this morning. But totally ruined by an irresponsible dog owner, whose dog landed a claw in my left thigh whilst chasing me.

No real damage, I don't think. Though it didn't look pretty :(

Great mile reps with the club - did 3 as I did a hard track session last night, but really enjoyed it. :-)
