Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Home from work. Pretty slow; I've got to run back in tomorrow morning, so I was taking it reasonably easy, but still.....

Pleasant enough though, after the end-of-the-world rain we had earlier.

Edinburgh had some biblical rain around 2 pm. Thankfully I managed to park close to the office, my colleague wasn't so lucky!

Unscheduled. Just 15 minutes, but enough to shake the black dog away.

That man from March
It is going to be great despite the sore toe - hows that for positive thinking (not running until club training tonight) :)

today's run was mostly cracking. Less than a mile of road, with a good friend, talking on and off most of the way round. HR slightly higher than I wanted, but not too bad. Cracking views, started to rain quite heavily 2 minutes after we finished.
