Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A 20 miler, most miles under 10mm so a lot less of a drag than usual - perhaps I am improving?

Buzzing. First half marathon done, have a warm glowing feeling. Although that could be exhaustion and dehydration.

Im A Runner
It has been a long while since posting here but I just need to get my run off my chest

Kilmacolm Half Marathon, 1.48.42 which is a course PB. Very disapointed as at mile 10 and 11 I lost my pace altogether, didn't think I would have had an overall PB but did expect to do better. The most frustrating part is how bad a mood I'm in, wasn't too bad a run but just so bloody frustrated, last two miles were under 8mm so why the ****!

O well, thanks for listening :)

5m session today - in Very Sunny (and Warm) Ayrshire, still have a niggling R-Calf ache, which seems to ease off after around a mile, so hopefully I will be free of it soon!! Enjoying the good weather runs while they last
