Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Quite hard, a bit of a route finding run. The first bit was ok with fairly obvious waymarkers etc, then a slight detour in a wood, more fairly simple stuff, then the last few miles or so were just about impassable, the footpath had a field of maize growing over it, with no way round, (the set aside was very overgrown) then the next field were the footpath is meant to run alongside the mighty river Kemp (trickle) was completely overgrown, thistles, nettles, willow, grass, etc, etc, absolutely impossible, had to walk to make a detour to pick up the path further on. Still, quite enjoyable.

13 miles. Should have felt easy as i was going slow, but it was very muggy and difficult to breathe well at times. was melting by 7 miles and had to stop to buy extra water. Not my best run, and disappointing after it feeling so easy running this last week. Hopefully just tired and will regain some energy for Berlin.
