Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Blustery, wet and hard work - pyramid intervals at 6am. Good start to the day :)

Intervals at lunchtime with the wind playing tricks on me and my legs still showing signs of having run 10 miles at race pace on Sunday. Still they're done now, even if I did miscalculate and miss a set :-0 It wasn't on purpose, honest!

Not the best ideas in the world to try a hill run today! :-) the wind was blowing a gale and I got absolutely drenched. got about half way (6k) and then turned
back before hypothermia set in .!

Still , some good decent practice for my hill running exploits on a very touch and challenging course and in a strange way I absolutely loved it..

In the house now with a mug of hot tea and a scone .. Ahhh lovely :-)

Last night, First club run I've done for ages, late start, then up over Long Mynd, slight detour to get to the pub. Wind very strong, cracking turnout. Struggled at the back most of the way until the descents. Gravity helps fatties!
