Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Since doing the Manchester 10k I've been pretty lazy with my running... but today 2 of my friends ran the Race for life and it really inspired me to get back into it so I went out for a 5k run and beat my PB by a minute! 27.19. My aim is now to get my 5k PB down to 25 minutes by the end of this year...maybe even by the end of the summer. Feeling very invigorated and back into running now, yay! :D

Nice one DeeGee! :-)

My 10 miler was a tad slow due to partying into the small hours last night - but it took me to 500 miles for the year! :-)
