hmm, come to think of it, wasn't it Hannibal Smith in the A-team? Dunno where the Hayes came from. But at least I didn't say Lecter.
Anyway. Went out again, jogging to the club and back. We did some intervals, so I went with Group 2. Usually am at the struggling end of Group 1 but no way could I handle them tonight! Total mileage today = 48miles. Doing wonders for my ultra confidence

first run post marathon, about 2 miles, tough due to a headache and having grabbed a burger a short time beforehand, but legs not bad, slowly does it

Fantastic! 3.28 miles of fun fartleks in 28 minutes which I enjoyed so much I wanted to carry on with, so got back and collected the dog and took her out for another mile and three quarters! Set up for the day now! Love, love, loving it!

A nice 3.26 miles into the hills before work...sun was shining...beautiful. Not a soul around, except a guy with a big camera taking in the sights (of the valleys, not of me I hasten to add!)
