Not bad today. Ran down the canal and then back up it. I am aiming to squeeze out my stops so the aim today was to run back up the canal and only stopping every three hills/lock. Problem being I was in a sugar slump before I went out so it made it feel a little harder today.

ah, a little interesting, in the big towns. First run to Chemist to drop off prescription for my mum, backto mum's to put off road shoes on. round Newbold Comyn, slowly. Back to Chemist, stood waiting for (it seemed like) weeks, & back to mum's.

Saw two grey squirrels on the track infront of me and expected them to run off, but no, they sauntered off to the side of the track to watch me go past. they was big tho.

Actually felt quite good - which was nice.

It was great! I got some sun. I got some rain. But there was a gorgeous rainbow after the rain. Made it all worth it! :-)

Fabulous! I ran 5 miles which is the furthest I've run since my last half on 25th July 2010 - very chuffed! :)

Easy-ish 10k jog with a bit of a sprint finish to burn off some energy.
