Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Absolutely brill - fantastic run out in the countryside. 12.2 miles with fellow Fetchie Durbat. The ploughed field near the start of the run was interesting. :-P

Absolutely great. 18.25 miles and I felt strong and even managed a quick burst at the end. :-)

Cracking :-) first decent run since back in training, despite a heavy night in the pub last night, lack of fitness, poor navigation and meeting a herd of cattle coming towards me on a narrow lane. I thought the car behind them was driving them on, but it turned out they (the cattle) were just wandering along the lane. I didn't know which farm they were from. Some very tough ups, and would be cracking descents if I'd been a bit fitter. :-)
