The Scribbler
Snotty. Hard work for not a lot of speed. But felt wonderful to be out.

Great session at running club tonight - warm up and warm down of just under 1.5 miles each way, and 6 x .56 miles at alternate 10k and 5k pace. Really enjoyed it.

Not bad as haven't been running for some time. Left ITB niggly but Fiz's hip is improving. Grief it's dark out there.

Awesome 12km run along the Han River in Seoul - not a cloud in the sky as the sun came up, and I passed the 1988 Olympic Stadium. Cold though! - Some of the local runners weren't showing a patch of skin and must have thought me made in a T-shirt and shorts (they were probably right) - at least I had remembered my gloves. Got to consider myself very lucky.

Truely cracking, up ashes hollow, cutting up to barristers plain, pole bank, yearlet and back to Little Stretton, the rain didn't materialise. Not too busy other than a huge group of school kids causing a little hold up in ashes hollow but not too bad. Plenty of other fell runners foot prints (sad;- the fool recognises treads off fell shoes) Saw the wild Long Mynd ponies. Quadds suffered on the final steep descent, quite knackered by the finish. CRACKING
