Also 2 runs but only coz running buggy got a puncture ( I say puncture it's now got about 8 repair patches on the innertube) I was 1 hf miles from home so walked home trying to tilt the buggy onto the 2 remaining tyres then I did 3 miles on treadmill.

Newbie here!! <waves>
Did my first 10 mile of the season, not the greatest view for the first couple of miles but the weather was great, no wind and just a little bit of heat. It improved once I ran through the park and on towards the golf courses at the 5 mile point. Onto the prom to check out the red coloured sky and low drifting sun over the pier, people smiling, the lighting making the world look wonderful and I was rolling along at a great pace. Bumped in the club on their speed session before heading back home via the picturesque Birkdale and new wildlife area park. Hit the 10mile mark about 200m from home feeling good. Was supposed to be LSD session but think it ended up more tempo at the last 7 miles were all on the 7:07 pace - Really need to use the VP function on my Garmin 1:11:35 - Nice
