Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

9 miles with intervals though my legs haven't recovered from racing on Sunday so not as quick as I'd like, but training done.

A nice steady 8 miles after my 10K race on Sunday, didn't feel like it at first but enjoyed it once I had gotten a few miles done :-)

Gooner (The Midnight Runner)
4.93Km in 22mins on the treadmill. First run in 9 days since the thunder run due to fatigue, tightness and cba. Was fairly hard work and had aching throughout in both calves, left achilles, inner left shin and outer right hamstring but no ITB still and hopefully if I can teach myself to take it slower on a treadmill for thursday the aching will ease off as I think it's just left over weakness from those 4 10k's in 21hrs last weekend! All in all not a bad effort but could have gone better...

Aprox 5 miles with 800m intervals this morning.

All went well, plus tried out new shoes and shorts :)
