Really nice, had to do a bit of a fit it in cos the kids are on holiday and as we know their social life takes precedence over any kind of life I might want to lead! So convinced my daughter to come out on her bike with me, kill two birds with one stone, stop her being bored and get me out for a run. Turned out to be great fun with her mountain biking her way along the trail I was running on.

no' bad - the last 2 days I've walked home from work, so today it was important to get back into it. Treated myself to the steepest route and saw no less than two folks I knew waving from vehicles

Didn't run either, well earned rest but went to gym and attempted to use a very new XT machine.... It even had an image of the mountain I was climbing. It even let me choose a virtual personal trainer! :0O
