Someone here warned me about the big hill at 9k, but nobody said anything about the ones at 3k, 5k, 7k & 8k. During the race today I decided to switch to a run/walk approach to getting round. I ran the downhill bits and walked the uphill bits! More a case of bloody mindedness that got me around today. Crap time, and must give up the fags again.
