Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Had a great run on my lunch hour (ahem, extended by a little bit); it was hot but there was a lot of wind so besides my hair flipping across my face and then almost getting liftoff, depending on the direction of the wind, it was an excellent run! Ended by the river and I waded in to cool off and watched the lifeguards do sims. Fun!

It was last night, but it was mint. Took the dog on the club run, over the long mynd, as soon as she was off the lead she was up the front. She didn't go near any sheep, even though some wher really close, and she didn't get under anyone's feet, really good. She only came back to look for me once.

I struggled towards the back most of the way round, got a halo of flies up one climb, my legs turned to jelly on the last two climbs. Lots of steep ups, and lots of steep downs, minimal flat stuff, cracking :-)

Geez aren't rest days boring?!

Why do you always feel you REEEEEEALLLY want to run on a day you've scheduled for rest but then when it comes time to run again the cba's creep in?
