Had a great run on my lunch hour (ahem, extended by a little bit); it was hot but there was a lot of wind so besides my hair flipping across my face and then almost getting liftoff, depending on the direction of the wind, it was an excellent run! Ended by the river and I waded in to cool off and watched the lifeguards do sims. Fun!

It was last night, but it was mint. Took the dog on the club run, over the long mynd, as soon as she was off the lead she was up the front. She didn't go near any sheep, even though some wher really close, and she didn't get under anyone's feet, really good. She only came back to look for me once.
I struggled towards the back most of the way round, got a halo of flies up one climb, my legs turned to jelly on the last two climbs. Lots of steep ups, and lots of steep downs, minimal flat stuff, cracking
