Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A lovely 6.5 mile run this morning at 10am along the seafront and then up and onto coastal path to another bay and back. saw lots of birds and lots of holiday makers (not so good) but it helped me pick up the pace to get past them! Lovely and warm but not boilio. My scrapes and bruises were not too sore either after the weekend. :)

Fab 5.5 miles on the forest trails with club, did some trails I have not run before with some BBBIIIGGG hills. Felt stronge and fast at end. :)

Very fast, for me. Did R4L and got a 5k PB of 22.43. Hated most of it though.

it's always uphill but I went a steeper way than usual - because I was tired(?).
Then was peep-peeped at from a car, not a heckler, twas a friend.

9 miles, but major stomach issue half way round resulting in impromptu pit stop, negative split was easy.
