Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

4 miles easy, though felt like a bit of a grind.

Rather damp and miserable too

On my hols this week so ran a slow long run for me of 9.71miles. Struggling for the last 2 miles, but that is normal for me on any run.

A surprisingly good 15 miler this morning, started off tired and heavy legged, but picked up once I was past halfway, much happier after Monday's struggle.

Not so good, well so bad I'm not even going to bother logging the info. this is probably more to do with me being angry about something totally pointless, or just in a bad mood in general. A nights kip should sort that tho.

Splendid. calf a big sore but functionally good. looks like i shall improve on last year's derby 10k performance by actually making it to the start line this year.
