Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Same as Bompey, actually we ran together so maybe it was catching. Otherwise weather was fab and forest trail starting to come to life. Could do with some more rain as the puddles are starting to dry up !! We like playing in the mud .........

Wonderful, got to the top of Eskhill and watched the sun go down over the Pentlands - finally spring appears to have come from the snowy outpost that is Penicuik!

Fab, fab, fab. 11 miles before breakfast with Bompey. Heron flew low past us along canal followed by ome malards. Then when we got to river 5 swans flew past and a comerant following them. Great seeing sun come up as well although it was a cold morning. Funny how yesterday struggled to do 2.5 miles and today 11 miles, although tough at end, espcially the hills, felt a lot better. Fancy running on beach tomorrow to rest legs from pounding and hopefully another sunny day.

Short but accompanied by the Squirt/speedy weedy/Alex (depending on which nickname is being used at the time) who paced me round a bit more than a mile and a half telling me about his cool new Yo-Yo (!?!).
