((halfpint)) Your next run *will* be better
7.3 miles trail & beach, visiting the immovable Iron Men on Crosby Beach and tussling with a tiresome SW wind.

A not bad 5 miles in windy conditions. Lovely and warm so great not to run in jacket. Spring really is here.

Normal paced 8.33 miler this morning. Contemplating going for another 5 miler in a few minutes as there might be a chance of seeing some nice women out and about (normally at work now so I miss anything going on in the evening).

Rather sprightlier than normal - 5.2 miles, mostly road but a 'fix' of beach too:)

Ok, another 5.04 miles just done in 33:54 which works out roughly as my 4th fastest time over that distance (nice considering it was a training run, second of the day and I'd been to work).
Felt quite light on my feet although the first couple of miles were running directly into the wind and were each just under 7 min/mile pace. 3 or 4 other runners out, all male though Quite surprised how many people are out at 7:30pm on a Tuesday!

Nice slow 4 miler, trying to keep the heart rate down as i think i've been overdoing it may switch to heart rate training rather than pace based.
its fun trying to get my runs to finish at the right distance, or not too far from home if i fail on getting the distance right
