Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

My run was very good :)

Despite lingering sinus cold I was eager to get out and go for a run. Decided to shoot for a 30 minute jaunt over lightly rolling hills. As I have a race next saturday a wanted to make today's effort around 160avgHR and keep the pace steady throughtout. Final performance stats for the 30 minute run: (4.60mi@6:31mm with HR recovery to 120bpm in 65seconds). Given my slight breathing difficulty this was very pleasing to see that my body was still okay despite :)

10 miles approx, decided to sprint finish and nearly got myself knock down, despite the high vis things the mad racer boy claimed not to see me. It bright bloody yellow n if people didnt drive so fast pulling out o junctions at half nine at night runners would be safer.

A 45 min run - about just a tad over 7 miles - quite cold out there and my route had a few car stops in there.

Again, quite busy out there with other runners...
