Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Just like a Sunday run, I did 3 hours and saw about 15 others out running whilst out.

took a rest day, feeling very tired and lethargic, dont know if I've overdone it so far this week, so we'll see what tomorrow brings. Got an Op next Saturday so I cant afford to be ill.

A slow plod round the shropshire hills, not much road (phew), mostly cross country, nice steady long climbs, not too steep, and the same for the descents, the usual beautiful views, stuggling a bit after the 11 mile point, but it was a cracking run :-)

good long run today, roads were mega busy, but managed a PB of 18.3 miles in about 3 hours, well CHUFFED! (despite the uncomfortable bits at 14 miles onwards). lots of other runners out today too and plenty of friendly cyclists! nice to see!
