Only a swift half hour on the treadmill - it took 32 minutes, because i had to ....stop! Got ab cramp, probably one of those stitch things that other people get? J'accuse ...a different type of sit up i've been doing.

Bit the bullet and went out for a run, but only because the gym was closed came home got changed and after skating off my estate, ran just over a mile and ahalf, bloody freezing, paths are ice rinks, but felt good to be out. Do need to invest in some kind of winter running shoes.......ski's would be an option ..:-)

No chance of running today, about 5 inches of snow and still falling, does walking fast with out slipping over count as running

Truely brill, did 'the morning after' at Church Stretton. Loadsa people & dogs. not too slippy, quite a few friends running as well so a good social event. OH and tribe turned up at finish - which was nice

Gorgeous run around Hyde park with c700 others.... Relaxed and easy apart from the ball of curry fuelled wind at 9k.....earned a niice warm hat instead of medal
