about 16 miles, pavements, with 3 long, steep hills (my favourite route).
Uphill was good, slowing down but getting stuck in with a PMA.
Downhill good, controlled freefall.
The flat bits were uncomfortable, i'm going slower to train for longer distances but this pace gives me more pounding - must be lighter on my feet when going faster. Hmmm.
Nice day for it, weather cool and clear, and both humans and cars behaved themselves.

After run on tuesday, hip was a little sore, didnt nothing yesterday.....been to the gym this afternoon and did a mile and a half on the tread mill..... getting there slowly but surely....
