Email or Fetchmail Ian ?
When do you want another session ?
BM, I will also be in Dublin as will TMW and UltraVomit but I will be a long way behind you as Vomit is doing her first and I am pacing her to around 4.30-4.45
Quick comment on running a marathon, just doing one can be a major achievement for many people after that all times and targets become personal. Therefore the more you want to go faster the better you will train.
Keefy, nice running mate sounds like youhave ticked over nicely since the last one.

Keefy Beefy
Well, we won't know if it's impressive until I cross the line but I feel pretty good at the mo and my legs seem to be in better shape than they were before Brussels.

See you guys. Off to work now but it's not so bad: Wednesday most of the permanent staff take the afternoon off so the contractors can go for a sneaky two-hour pizza/red wine lunch at the local Italian :o)

Blotts Mate
Gobi- training is slightly hampered by life but a fair comment.
I am getting better at distance but I have a morbid fear of the marathon distance & am naturally more suited to sprint stuff. Interesting what one can achieve through training though.

Blooming marvellous, one of the best ever. Intervals! I was tired, and didn't feel like it. Was that close to going back to bed, but lo and behold, 2 reps in and I felt as strong as an Ox and as fast as a slightly faster Ox! No walking in any of the reps and avge pace was 6.54min/mile for the 400m intervals. On a complete high now.

I think I'dlike to join Keefy for lunch.
BM, life is an issue for us all but I know I'm so hungry for certain things that I make sacrifices wherever I have to. I hope to see you in Dublin before you whoosh off
