are you doing dublin marathon then BM? looks like you should get well under 3.30 with that time if you are, if you are talking about bull hill that is a killer! hope you get back to fitness soon max, must be really frustrating but keeping up the fitness sounds good, maybe you could join toks for some belly dancing etc. ( i'd love to do that, sounds brilliant) wish i could get my hubby and kids to run with me, they just dont get it! no run today, was training today so didnt have time, now could go on treadmill but have lazyitis.

Well if you think Gobi's training was impressive check this out.
10 min steady run. 5 x 60 sec fast
10 min steady run. Now thats ultra training
Felt OK afterwards I seem to be faster at the intervals than I was a few months ago I just need to up my distance on the long runs now to try and beat the 90 mins for the GSR.

Yes to Dublin RT. Doubt if I'll get sub 3 30 but would love to get sub 3 45. Yes the 18 mile marker is half way up Bull Hill!
Hope you feel better soon LL. Don't push it. If you are coming down with something don't waste all your hard work by allowing it to take hold by running when you feel unwell. play safe.
18 x 200 at 32.5 is impressive Gobi
