Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

well done BM

Today I went for a march......i even wore my hiking boots in case I was tempted to try a little run. My fitness has all dissappeared over the last month of injury. However I am working on getting it back up for when I get the all clear to start running again.

Ran down the Embankment today at lunchtime. Lovely sunshine and loads and loads of people out running. Did I start a fashion?

Hi Max - Hiking boots sound like a good idea to stop temptation. Any twinges? Best wishes for a return to running soon.

Intervals rock :-)

12 * 440m today at the lookout. All done with a second of 1:42, which is about 6:12 per mile. I know they are only short intervals, but with all the marathon training and after Sunday's half marathon, my legs were really tired and I was surprised to be able to keep that pace up. I'm well pleased.
