Not the best, meant to be mostly cross country with a little bit of road, but due to excessively overgrown footpaths (jungle) ended up the otherway round, becoming a road runner by default. don't like road running much anyway and it is ultra crap in fell shoes. Going to have to stick to the fells.

my run today was track race at my company's sports day and came 3rd from individual women run at 400 metres
and last in the relay team of 3
had a good sports day so can't complain as it did not rain!

Unexpectedly good. I hadn't planned to run, but the weather looked great so out I went and did 5.25 comfortable miles.

Wet, but could have been a lot worse. Light rain during the Lincoln Wellington AC 5k race - finished in 21:38 just outside a PB

dry 2 miles at lunchtime & just back from cold wet dark 8 miles !!
i also swallowed a bug so had to stop & throw up 3 miles in tonight !
