Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

14 miles, lashing rain, undulating, on the shores of Loch Lomond. Outstanding! :-)

Glorious! Trails & beach at Formby Point, running alongside the incoming tide :)

Disappointing! Got 1 mile down the road to then discover that I seem to have done something quite painful to my hamstring.

I am supposed to be taking part in my first ever running event on Sunday (a 10k) and I am not holding out much hope that it'll be 100% better by then.

Gutted :-(

did a road run, not something I'm that keen on, fairly flat, trying to go at a pace but struggling to get HR up and keep it up. It makes you realise how brilliant fell running really is.

Awful, I'm really struggling after a week's lay off. Seem to be making backwards progress.....

Sounds good Biastai, well apart from the lashing rain part. And nice ones over the weekend Mick'n'Phil.

18K along a very windy towpath for me, I don't quite know what happened, I think the madness just descended. Why is the wind at your back never as strong as the wind in your face?

OK 3 mile recovery run with slightly worrying niggles afterwards.

Nice 4 miles done before the wind really settled in.
