Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A few times round a track in pleasant conditions. But not quite as fast as I wanted.

Stratford Summer six Saturday evening & Princess Risborough 10k Sunday morning

PR 10k What a fantastic event this is - start and finish in the same place, residential leading to a few undulating kilometeres of perfect rural countryside - second haf slighly down hill and flatter

with a little climb to the finish

we clocked 59 minutes, which i was pleased with after our 53 Minute Summer Six race last night

so, for anyone wanting a short friendly race, or perhaps a race in between events as it was for us - this is the one

very friendly, 2 water stations, wonderful views of the countryside

if there's ever a gap in our diary, we'll be back

Great. Eight miles was my longest run ever. I was very tired by the end and, especially, afterwards, though. Should be fine for 9 next week...
