It were yesterday, but this website is blocked by my employer so I didn't get to fill in yesterday's.
Brilliant with buddy Dazza35 down in Clun, just over an hour in superb sunshine on the hills in the South of the county, (bango country) less than a mile on the road, saw just one other person once out of City of Clun.

Fantastic - firstly decided to have breakfast before my run which was a bonus as by the time I was ready the rain had stopped, secondly yesterday I found the pacing thingy on my watch (v.basic stopwatch still trying to convince OH to buy me a garmin) and I set it to 180 bpm and I have thus managed my best ever time for 10k - it was just over 10k but I still came in in under an hour - hurrah I have found pacing the most difficult thing about running - I either go out too fast and wear myself out too quick or I just plod all the way - I must remember not to push myself too much though and not set it to anything silly lol!
