Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How was your run today?

Only a short one with a load of people I didn't know at 7 in the morning, but still good fun, set me up nicely for the day. I'm not at my usuall residence (Hohum towers)

Just got in from an easy 2.5 which turned into 3.5 because I was just enjoying my little self, trolling along, listening to some bloke talk about some stuff, feeling the road pass beneath me (which is different to feeling yourself run along the road, I hasten to add!), it was quite surreal and rather uplifting for a short of breath newb like me.

(OK, who's going to be first with the "Fucking hippie!" retort?)

Tough 12 miles after a real shitty day at work. Feel a bit uplifted now though, especially after reading NC's post. Restores my faith in humanity:)

Modest day today totalling 13 miles.

Enjoyed every step of them though :)

VERY sluggish legs for the first run, though they tolerated having 8 miles squeezed out of them.

Slightly bouncier legs for the second run, but had to run through almost a mile of hypoglycaemia, which is entirely my own fault for eating sweeties all day.

Ran surprisingly good 10 miles considering how tired I was earlier!
