Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

If you pardon my french fu**ing excellent!!!

The last two runs felt really heavey legs and sore shins, went out for a 3.5 mile run in the rain tonight after a stressful day at work and ran my fastest time ever. Now that is why i love running!!!!!!!!!

great!! started my training for my next mara today !! 20 weeks.
how's that possible when you CAN'T RUN?? i hear my colleagues say. (i have heel spurs on both feet and haven't run since august)....well i'm doing the rowing machine and weight lifting on my legs, ab exercises etc. i plan to be in a stronger state when my feet do allow me to get back to running. i haven't run since august but i intend to be stronger and finish the mara quicker than i did last year...
so my run (actually my 'row'..i love the rowing machine) went great (and i am doing tempo/intervals on same machine)..lovely jovely!
the alternative is 'oh god i haven't run since august it's all going down the pan'.. i prefer the former:) )
